Registration, Pricing, Cancellations and Refunds

1. Registration:

  • Registration can only be done using the online form.
  • Upon registration, the participant will receive a confirmation e-mail with information detailing how to receive their credentials at accreditation.
  • Payment must be made prior to the start of the course.
  • Registration does NOT include lodging, airfare, transportation or other services.
  • The aforementioned should be reserved and paid for independently by the participant.

2. Pricing:

The price of each course is specified in the publicised information about said course. All prices are exempt from VAT.
Registration includes:

  • A binder with course notes
  • Lunch
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks

Dollar/peso exchange rate calculations

Dollar fees are calculated based on the average exchange rate. Should the dollar value suffer considerable fluctuations (over 5%), the fees will be adjusted accordingly without notice.

3. Changes in the programme:

Gecamin Ltda. reserves the right to suspend, cancel or change the dates of programmed courses.  

4. Cancellations:

  • Cancellations will only be accepted if done in written form 10 days prior to the start of the course. The cancellation request should be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Cancellations requested outside of this time frame will not be processed and the participant will be responsible for paying 100% of the registration fee.
  • In the case that a participant cannot attend the course and he/she did not cancel the registration in time, he/she can send another participant in his/her place. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and include complete information of the new participant (first and last name, passport number, company, title, address, telephone, and e-mail).
  • Not attending the course does not count as a cancellation.

5. Refunds:

  • Credit card refunds will be carried out through the credit card provider.  

Forms of Payment

Payment option for participants residing in Chile

  • Credit or Debit card
    Payment can be made with the same online form using Webpay.
  • Deposit or bank transfer in Chilean pesos
    Deposits or bank transfers can be made in the name of Gecamin Ltda. Checking account 03-53377-8, Banco Santander Santiago, Santiago de Chile. Rut 77.127.870-1. Any bank charges for making transfers will not be deducted from registrations. Charges incurred by the bank should be paid by the participant at the moment of the transaction..

Payment option for foreign clients

Payment can be made with the same online form using Webpay.

Billing

Bills will be issued according to what is indicated on the registration form. If a purchase order was sent, billing will be carried at according to what is stated on the purchase order.

Purchase order
